He was ready to go and I was ready for him to start. Yes! Andrew has now started Kindergarten!Backpack in hand (yes, it must be a Thomas the Train one) he was out the door.
The first day was for the parents and the second was for the child. He came home with many stories to tell. There were new "Rules" to learn..(can you beleive they make you walk in a line? There were old friends to see from Preschool. There was new playground equipment to check out. I think he had a wonderful first day!
Now maybe Mom can have a bit of "quiet time" to scrap those first day pictures!

Awww Libby I remember when he was 2. That means my son is getting older too! I can't believe we have been friends for almost 4 years! Wow!!!
Congrats on starting Kindergarten!! What a big change for both of you!! Andrew sure does look cute with his backpack!! :)
